Christmas Gifts Bags for Seniors in Nutrition Program
The Calvary Chapel Markesan family put together Christmas gift bags for our valued seniors participating in Green Lake County's Markesan Senior Dining program and Meals on Wheels. What an honor it is to share the love of Jesus through the holidays and all year long!
Markesan's Homespun Holidays
Participated in Markesan's Homespun Holidays and had a great time connecting with old friends and making new ones! And WOW - were there some VERY talented crafters there! We were able to share about opportunties at the church like Green Lake County's Senior Dining, AA, Al-Anon, the Kids Community Closet (gave away some clothes and diapers!!!), and even showcased some of our kids' Sunday School crafts. Huge shout out to Amy Kennedy who did an absolutely stand out job coordinating the event!
Walleyes For Tomorrow
Hosted by the Markesan Senior Nutrition Program, Green Lake Walleyes for Tomorrow (WFT) Chapter President will be at CCM to share their processes that enhance the walleye population in Big Green Lake. Very fascinating! Join us on Friday, September 8 at 12:30 p.m. Better yet - come at 11:30 a.m. for a catered lunch. For lunch reservations, contact Kathy Mulhern at 920-294-4070 by noon on September 7.
Markesan June Dairy Days Parade
Join us as we walk at the end of the parade with trash bags, wheelbarrows, and driving an ATV pulling a wagon. Why? To help clean up the parade route, of course! Saturday, June 10, parade starts at 7 p.m. More details coming of when and where to meet. See Cathy B. if interested in helping!
National Day of Prayer
On Thursday, May 4 at Noon, CCM is joining area churches to unite in prayer at Markesan's City Hall in recogntion of the National Day of Prayer. All are encouraged to join in!

Community Kids Closet Update
Community Kids Closet received its first substantial donation! Plans are moving forward to open the first Saturday of every month to start, beginning March 4, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Stay tuned!

Fuzzy socks, tissue, hand lotion, lip balm, notepad, pen, animal crackers and chocolate kisses! So simple, yet so impacting! Walking the talk!

Another Serve Project in the Books!
Once again we were blessed to serve someone in need in our community. Huge shout out to the ten members of the CCM family who came out to express the love of Jesus through serving! Add four more from the family served and the work was done in an hour!
Assisting the Elderly
We were blessed to be able to help an elderly couple in the community today. The Lord worked out the details, all we had to do was step into them ... and do a little lifting. Isn't He good?!
